LIAP FAMILY
We see each on of our team as our family members. So we are either a parent (father / mother), a sibling (sister / bro) or a child (son / daughter) in the LIAP foundation.
However, LIAP family should only be giving time once you have given the rightful time to your real duties of life, that is your family, your education, your office work, your health and your dream. To summarize, it is only once you have finished all your real duties only then give time for LIAP Foundation.
The idea of having "No Designation / No Title" within the organization can be a way to foster a sense of equality, collaboration, and unity among its members. This approach may encourage a more open and flexible environment where individuals can contribute based on their skills, interests, and availability, rather than being limited by specific roles or titles.
According to Deek Parassini, Life is our great teacher, and all the answers you are looking can be found from our life and it's surrounding itself. The answer of LIAP family actually came from the different parts of the a Tree. LIAP Family divided into 5 parts based on commitment and roles and they are as follows.

1) LIAP Council (Roots) - A 10 Members Council, the head of the LIAP Family. This is a long term commitment whose objective is to understand the concept of Life Is All Positive, take a lead on the major areas that the foundation is focused on, and providing the support needed to the LIAP Team. Would have voting rights which makes them the deciding force of the future of the foundation.
2) LIAP Core (Trunk) - This is a Mid Term or Project bases commitment and would be reporting to one of the council member. They lead the projects and execute the plan of action. They form the connection between the core team and volunteer / Interns. is the connection between the core and branches
3) LAIP Volunteers (Branches) - This is short / long team, less commitment role , where people contribute based on their availability. Each leaf plays its own role in growing this tree and contributes in expansion. They report to either a Core team
4) LAIP Interns (Leaves) - This only a one month committed role were they get assigned a specific task, with a completion date.
5) LIAP Flowers (Members) - the people we plan to serve and make them bloom by making them understand the Life is All Positive Concept. So this flower would create a lot of new fruit/seed to form a set of new positivity in this world, forming a new tree with its new roots, trunk, branches, etc. filled with positivity energy.
