Music is one things we listen to when we want to relax or have a break or to feel good. May be music is relaxing your mind but ever thought if that music is really relaxing your heart? Right now people just want to get a quick mind relaxation by listening to any kind of music that is thrown at your by Tv, radio etc but they ignore the effects the song lyrics brings to their heart which also creates their future. Also how some lyrics on constant listening taken it from the conscious mind to your subconscious mind which makes it very difficult for you to change and that would end of influence you life.
So does music bring a positive effect or a negative one?
Lately many people have said that they are over-attached to smoking and want to take a positive step to get out of it. What do you feel when you see the above pictures? Do you feeling like smoking?
So first question you would ask is how to get out of smoking? Forget this question right now. Let us put focus on how did you getting into smoking in the first place. When did you first come in contact with the negative energy of smoking. Generally, It would be a person or a group of people who introduced you into it or a situation which you are put in that make you to take that step. Look back to your past and check when did you first put a cigarette into your mouth. Who were around you and what situation were you going through?
Before I get into today’s article, Let us consider a human’s life starts when he is born and ends when he dies, with a typical life span of 80 years :)
Now I have a question, Does "Present" really exist or is it just that moment which we call as "Present"?

But I have a question, Do we take this medication in the correct way, time and quantity? Does this medicine have any side-effects?? Think About it!!!
Doctors always say that medicines should be taken as per the prescription or else it would delay the cure or have side-effects. But the problem is that when people know something is good they always tend to overdo it.
